clean The file was scanned and is clean of malware or other threats. File is now available for download. (Link is active)
infected The file was scanned, and the antivirus software determined that there was a threat. The file cannot be downloaded. (no link for download)
override Customer Service has overridden the issue. (Link is active)
failed A fatal system error occurred. (no link for download)
error An error occurred while scanning the file. Usually is because the user has uploaded a zip or pdf file that is encrypted or has a password. (no link for download)
