New Multi-Factor Authentication Update
Starting on June 25th, multi-factor authentication (MFA) will be required for all users of CTSLink®, CTSLink® Direct, and ServicerConnect; the first time you log in after this date, you will be prompted to set up an MFA method to enhance the security of your account and protect your information—please be prepared to complete this quick setup, and visit the Help section under “What’s New” if you need assistance.
