- Click on the Reset My Password link and enter your User ID, and select your preferred Contact Method from the dropdown. Enter in your phone number or email address and click Send Code Now.
- If the values you entered match what is in our system, a validation code will be sent to you using the method you selected.
- Enter that in the Validation Code field. You will then be prompted to create a new password.
